CONSUMED 2025 THEME:

FOLLOW ME (Matthew 16:24)

Come ENCOUNTER Jesus and CONNECT with our Salt & Light family, as we spend time in God's presence, dive into His Word, and discover what it truly means to follow Jesus as His disciple.

AGES:

Youth going into Grade 7 through Grade 12

SCHEDULE: 

  • Arrival and registration begins at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 29.

  • Departure at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 31.

  • A general schedule of activities will be provided at the conference.

TRANSPORTATION: 

  • Please contact your local/home church’s Youth Leader to determine transportation arrangements to and from the conference.

  • If you will be providing your own transportation to and from Camp Arnes, please note the scheduled arrival and departure times above.

HOUSE WARS: 

We are continuing with HOUSE GAMES this year! Each youth will be assigned to a House Team. The house will have a name and a colour, and these teams will compete in fun challenges and activities! Upon arrival at the conference, each youth will receive a wristband in their house colour. Youth will find out their house team in advance and will be encouraged to bring other clothing, hats, etc. in their colour!

TALENT SHOW: 

The CONSUMED talent show continues! (Time-permitting on Saturday evening). Performing is optional. Youth will be able to sign up for the talent show at the conference!

T-SHIRTS:

Each youth will receive a Consumed 2025 T-shirt when they arrive at the conference.

COST:

$230.00 CAD per person

(approximately $165.00 USD for USA churches) 

  • All registration payments need to be made online with a credit card via our secure Stripe Online payment platform.

  • There are two payment options available with your online registration:

    • FULL PAYMENT: $230.00 CAD

      NEW: Reduced down payment amount (as of Tuesday, April 22, 2025)

    • DOWN-PAYMENT: $75.00 CAD paid at registration to hold your spot. A second payment for the balance owing ($155.00 CAD) is due by July 28, 2025.

      • Note: If you choose to make a down payment when registering, you will receive a follow-up email (by July 14, 2025) detailing how to pay your remaining balance.

IMPORTANT:

THE CONSUMED REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS CHANGED.

Please read the following information BEFORE you click to begin the registration process.

CENTRALIZED REGISTRATION:

This year all registrations, signed documents and payments will be processed online through Salt & Light Ministries and DocuSign. We trust this will streamline the overall registration experience for everyone!

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. IMPORTANT: There are separate registration forms for YOUTH and LEADERS/volunteers. Please select/click the correct button (below) when you are ready to register.

  2. Each YOUTH registration form will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Note: You can only complete one registration (and pay) for one person at a time.

  3. To speed things up for yourself - Have the following information ready & available to enter before you start:

    • Valid Credit Card for making a full or down payment.

    • Medical Information:

      • Provincial Health Numbers (for Canadians)

      • Confirmation of Travel Health Insurance (Canadians outside Manitoba and/or from USA)

      • Family Doctor’s Name/Phone Number

      • Emergency Contact - Name/Phone Number/Relationship to Youth (if primary contacts are unavailable)

      • Please note . . .

        • Youth requiring regular prescription medications at the conference beyond simple over-the-counter medications (i.e. like Tylenol) will receive follow-up communications a month prior to attending the conference.

        • This will provide parents/caregivers the opportunity to detail their youth’s CURRENT medical needs right before the conference and authorize appropriate care by our Medical Care and First Aid Team to safely store and administer any medications.
