MATURING IN THE PROPHETIC

WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT?

In our S&L NA Central Region, we want to provide quality resources that help equip our family of churches to grow in their capacity to hear and obey the Voice of the Lord. We believe the Lord has provided the five-fold ministry gifts (Ephesians 4) through the Holy Spirit and these gifts are meant to work in concert together to help build maturity and strength into The Church (that means your local church too).

In “Maturing in the Prophetic,” we will take extended time over the next six months to focus on growing your capacity & understanding of the Gift of Prophecy. However, this course doesn’t just focus on you growing personally capacity. It importantly focuses on how prophetically gifted people can work together in their local church contexts (and beyond) in ways that work in partnership with their pastors/leaders to bless, encourage and build-up their congregations.

Each session will include teaching and active opportunities to put into practice what you’re learning all at the same time.

WHO IS TEACHING THE COURSE?

We have invited Doug Kreighbaum, Jeremy Pingel and Scott Squires from our Coast two Coast (C2C) Family of Churches to facilitate and teach this course together. They have a strong, trusted track-record of helping individuals and churches grow in their prophetic capacity.

COURSE INFORMATION

WHO CAN ATTEND?

• Adults, 18 years or older.

• Regularly attends one of our S&L NA Central Regional churches.

• You have been invited by your local church pastor to register.

DATES & TIMES:

Thursday Nights: 7:00pm - 8:30pm (CST - Winnipeg), via ZOOM Meetings

• February 19, March 12, April 2, April 16, May 21, June 11

CONTENT:

8 training sessions (combined into the above dates):

• Session 1: Introductions & Our Journey/Overview of the Importance of Prophecy/Review of All the Scriptural Kinds of Prophecy Expressed in Local Churches

• Session 2: The Word of the Lord as the Foundation of All Actions in the Cosmos

• Session 3: The Godhead Expressing Prophecy

• Session 4: The House of God as Critical for the Proper Cultivation of Prophecy/Prophets

• Session 5: Expressions of Prophets and How to Identify/Train Them

• Session 6: Prophecy Outside the House: To the Lost, National/International Matters, and in Trans-local Teams

• Session 7: Personal Development/Cultivation of Prophets

• Session 8: Identification/Impartation/Training of Prophecy/Prophets/ Q&A from the Whole Training (*TBD)

COST:

$25.00 CAD (includes training materials and six (6) Zoom meetings)

Based on interest and availability, we are considering the value of gathering registrants for a final, in-person event. We realize people are spread-out across our S&L NA Central region and it may not be feasible for everyone?

However, please indicate on your registration form whether an in-person event is something you would be able/willing to participate in (i.e. Yes/No)? This will help us determine whether we should continue to move in this direction or not.

Note: This event would be held in the Winnipeg area. People would be responsible for their own transportation & accommodations. We would work to keep the additional cost of attending this event as affordable as possible.
