RECALIBRATE
Central Leaders Conference
May 17-19, 2024
Conference Vision
Recalibrate (verb): To carefully assess and adjust something, so it can accurately accomplish its intended purpose.
In 2024, as follower of Jesus, we believe the Lord is requiring us to recalibrate our vision, strategy and commitment to equip God’s people, in the power of the Holy Spirit, for the work of ministry to make disciple-makers of all peoples and engage the younger generations in this Kingdom work.
WHO SHOULD COME?
If you are in ANY KIND OF LEADERSHIP . . . you should come.
If you are serving in ANY KIND OF MINISTRY . . . you should come.
If you are between the AGES of 13 to 40 . . . as a special invite to our next generation of leaders . . . you should come.
If you are HUNGRY & THIRSTY for more of Jesus . . . you should come.
If you WANT TO GROW & BE EQUIPPED to minister . . . you should come.
If you want to get to KNOW OUR SALT & LIGHT INTERNATIONAL FAMILY . . .you should come
WHY SHOULD YOU COME?
It’s time to recalibrate as family, together on mission.
It’s been five years since our S&L North American Central Region has met together in-person. We need to be reminded of the mission we have been given and why the Lord has joined us together.
It’s time to recalibrate life and leadership.
This conference is not about information . . . it’s about formation. Our goal is to provide you with training and practical tools that will help you grow in your capacity to love and obey Jesus as you meet the challenges of today’s church and live in a rapidly changing world.
It’s time to recalibrate our Salt & Light values and practices for greater fruitfulness.
Steve Thomas, the international apostolic leader of our S&L family is transitioning his leadership role to the next generation. Joemon Joseph (from Mumbai, India) will be stepping into this role over the next year. Both of them will be speaking about how we work together to advance God’s Kingdom.
